Work today in the office.  It's very noisy in the office as its the Farnborough air show.  My work friends watched the red arrows from the roof but I'm not that keen on heights so I stayed inside!   Apparently Kier Starmer was there today, one colleague saw a convoy of black cars that might have been him, or another VIP.   

Back home about 4:30 and I decides to go for a long walk.  I want to do the Shine Walk in September but I am a bit worried I don't have the stamina for it.  I did it in 2022 but that was before all this treatment.  John was wfh so he could collect the children from the childminders so I went for a 10k walk to see how I got on.  Apart from it being very hot I was fine, and no blisters in my new walking shoes.  I'll see if I can slowly build it up over a few weeks.
