Wednesday evening up the Mynd

A lovely run up the Mynd this evening with some of the Stretton gang. Was super pleased at building up a bit more confidence on the downhills but then didn’t expect to go all my length running uphill. Cue a bloody knee and me trying not to cry.

Got cleaned up in the pub afterwards and then even managed to make it home in time to watch the second half of the foootball. Yawn.
