Brave souls and kind souls

Managed to avoid most of the wet and wild on today's Wellness Walk. 
S is lovely and kind but dementia means she's not the person I met 2 years ago, not even the person I walked with in Spring, such a cruel thing.

We paused a while watching this fisherman. Its a treacherous spot, but he seemed safe and secure. S had forgotten him by the time we got back.

Later a long walk with Missy in the rain chatting to an old friend with a good heart. 

A yin and yang sort of a day.
