Half Star

Gulliver and Erin‘s band Half Star played at a night called Rock and Robots at The Others in Stoke Newington, my brother Tom lives not too far away so he came down which was great as we haven’t seen him for ages.

Really fun concept in a groovy place, There was a record store and Subbuteo and also video games to play at the venue as well as a bar of course. home-made remote controlled robots battled it out in a tiny arena while a live drummer provided the soundtrack. Prizes were given for the victor!

Several bands played, all of them were entertaining, obviously Half Star were the best!
