Another day, another job interview

... for my youngest son. No word on the Aldi interview yesterday but he has one with M&S today. Poor thing has been so nervous. I feel his pain - I can remember my first job interview for the Wimpy bar in 1987 and I was in bits even although interviews for part -time jobs seemed so much simpler then. A friend recently told me that her husband went for an interview at Burger King in the late 80s/early 90s when he was a student and he was asked two questions : do you have black shoes, and when can you start?! Now there seems to be all sorts of scenario tests and corporate knowledge questions - quite daunting for youngsters, I think.
