Capturing my Journey

Lake

When husband headed off to silage making i headed to the lake with my paddleboard I paddled to a quiet corner and sat on my board feet in the water drinking some cacao in the peace of the birds and water. It felt so good. As I was paddling back to the truck husband phoned to say silage msking was off another breakdown. I was ecstatic as we could spend the day together. We did a bit of garden tidy up before it got hot then played some magic the gathering card game a new game to play together. It got up to 36c again outside so pretty hot in the house by the evening and we've got the smoke smog from southern fires with us now too.
