View from the back 7

Safely navigated onto the Thames; you have to go with the tide and we sped along at 7mph according to my phone. We moored at Teddington after the lock which is where the river is no longer tidal, somehow.
I'm writing this at 8.30 am.
Last year  inthe same spot, I stayed in bed all day  ,fainted and cracked my head in the afternoon and was admitted to hospital with sepsis. 
I hope tomorrow's blip is not indoors but from the top step in the cabin
