Forage On The Borage

My son and I headed to the city for lunch as usual and on the walk from the car park to the city centre we passed the public vegetable and herb garden. You can pick whatever you like which I think is a wonderful idea.

There was a big bed of Borage plants and they were in varying stages of beautiful buds and flowers. The honey bees were all over them as if this was the best place in town!

It didn't take me long to get this shot and this bee was so laden with pollen it was flying like a drunk and flew straight into my face eeeek!! No harm done but I did get a whiff of something like honey mmm!
