Lost Cause

The bulb in our halogen oven went earlier this week. We still had the previous one which suffered the same fate in the shed and decided to buy a bulb and fix it. If one is successful, we'll do the other one as well. 

After  battling the whole morning with rusted screws, tight clamps and nuts & bolts that loosen right instead of left we ordered a new one. If anyone wants two halogen ovens and one new bulb, let us know.

It was cooler today, but still warm.

I got a bag of potatoes at the Co-Op today for 42p, so we had a potato bake for tea.
