Little peaks of loveliness

It's ages since I made bread and butter pudding so I thought I would put that right today. I can't stand dried fruit so it has almonds and walnuts in it, otherwise it's authentic, well, apart from using brioche bread, in essence it is b and b pud. I'm thinking next time I might put honey as well as butter on the bread
