Damp and warm

Park run in the dry, nice and easy supporting someone struggling with their fitness but with huge determination and a great sense of self worth.
A mindful and enjoyable catch up post jog with a few buddies from my old running club lifted my spirits even further.
A few adjustments needed to be made to my bikes before a spin around the coast before a lunch stop (coffee, and walnut cake and a peppermint tea) in a small cafe in Appledore.
After getting changed I had a browse around the Burton art gallery and found a flock of sheep that were in need of a new home preferably in a nearby camper van.
Another browse around an antique shop where an ex colleague was holding the fort resulted in the little vase/pot that is holding the small bouquet of flowers I picked from within 10 yards of Amadeus.
Potato, celery, cauliflower, peas, Chunks of chorizo, hard boiled egg and some mushrooms. Well, interesting but very tasty mix for my supper.
