Perfection

Spent a chunk of the day dog-sitting, which was an absolute joy. Discovered the lads are happiest if I read stories to them. They stretch out and snooze while I burble on, giving me a “keep going” nudge when I’d stop for a drink. Funny boys.

The dahlia is only one of the beauties my friend grows, and the one at peak levels of stunning.
