Emergency Umbrella Blip.  Not just because I had no photos, more that my phone had no juice.

Himself and I went on a Parkrun adventure this morning, along with his running club clubmates. I wasn't sure if I'd be up for running after yesterday but as I'd said ages ago that I'd go I agreed to drive him anyway and then decide. I did run, it was much harder than advertised but still a good morning. Worth the hour's drive each way. 

Grass cutting and lawn edging followed, then a couple of drinks and the traditional Saturday night curry.
