A second brood .............

.... of youngsters took off from the gorse as I approached, this sweet little Stonechat landed not far off, looking for it's siblings.

There have been second brood Blue tits, & Great tits coming onto the feeders in Mum's garden, which has proved great amusement for her along with the gingery birds (young female thrush) & Redbreasts. :-)

Think she was expecting a visit from Paddington bear & mates when I arrived this morning, 4 tea plates, a slice of buttered toast liberally spread with marmalade cut into 3 fingers on each, set around the dining table ...
