Dish of the day

Today I went to a pasta making class run by the guys at Secret Ingredient, a new home cooking business. You choose the recipe, they put the exact ingredients together with an instruction sheet and you can go home and cook a wonderful meal easily and, with no waste as you have exactly what you need.

I have always wanted to make pasta but for some reason always been a little afraid, but not any more! Jesse, the chef was a great teacher, and all too soon we were sitting down to a fabulous lunch eating our own chorizo arabiatta pasta.

Will definitely be doing this again!
