My bee balm

Love this color. 

We had a high of 85 with low humidity and it was divine. This was so the day to play hooky. I didn’t, and I will die younger as a result. The sort of people who played hooky today will live long, happy lives. 

I was not impacted by the global IT problem. 

Russia was in demographic trouble before it invaded Ukraine the first time. Putin has pushed it into a demographic catastrophe. It is so short on manpower that it is recruiting from women’s prisons. 

Putin boasted that his T-90 tanks were the best in the world. It is a new one, it entered service in 2020. They’ve lost at least a 100 since the re invasion. 

Russia so sad they prosecuted a Russian who moved away ages ago, to the US, to NYC, Masha Gessen, for criticizing them. They charged her with spreading false information about the military and sentenced them to eight years in prison. Like they were going back to Russia ever anyway. 

Ukraine is doing so well with the drones that Putin has taken one of his new short-range air defense systems to shield one of his houses.
