Under the bridge

Over the Siuslaw River, which will be our daily neighbor in the future. After only two days on the market our house got an asking price offer. There are some stumble stones that I can see in the future, but first we have to wait a bit to get all the paperwork emailed over.
So now the renovations of the river house can start.
