Where's the domestique?

Those of you who are watching the Tour de France will know the annoying advert at the start of each session, where an amateur rider looks in panic at a puncture and immediately a support vehicle swishes up and a mechanic provides a spare wheel (sponsored by Skoda) - well this didn't happen to Andy on our ride today, but he did deal with the problem in record time.  Great ride to Patton Bridge, Grayrigg and Killington, met friends at Farleton and then home.  Sunshine, tea and cake, and power assistance!
