Low Sizergh Barn

Stopped for a bite to eat on our way home at Low Sizergh Barn Farm shop. As ever great memories of sitting outside with Reggie. A lovely little stop off and I loved this sign near their campsite.

Pleased we had stopped, as we ground to a halt just after Settle. I did a 3 (well 5) point turn and head back the way we had just come! Luckily we know the area well enough to know where to head to bypass the blocked road , but when we got back on at Long Preston, it was already queued back past there in the opposite direction.

We’ve seen that someone was taken to hospital with serious injuries - my suspicion being it would be the lunatic motorcyclist that we’d seen earlier. If it was my sympathies lie with who ever he collided with, as it will live with them for ever.

Home safe and sound, and had a 2 and a half hour nap - unheard of for me!
