What a day at work. S didn't stay until 6:30 pm, but left as soon as I came. So I was alone from 2pm to 9pm. I have to say I was glad she left. I'd rather be alone. But it was a hard day to handle everything alone and to get everyone to bed alone. Thank goodness Anni from another floor just offered to come and help and put one person to bed. It was a huge help. She is transferred with a special "crane" and it takes time as her hips are dislocated. So Anni was a sweetheart.

S had not given one resident his medicine for pain. That's a long story, but she just stated that she's been his support person for years and that he was happy boy, so she didn't feel like he needed any pain medicine. Well it's not her decision. I need to talk to our supervisor about this misconduct. Well, one of them. L got his pain killers around 3 pm and 7 pm and he really was happier after that.
