The woman in white

There is an increasingly common view in the mental health community that contact with nature and the outdoors is a great thing for mental health. So it was with us today as we took a walk around Wisley in the sunshine, in the cause of our own peace of mind. There is, as they, quite a lot going on at the moment. 

This woman was, I think, knitting. She had an aura of the east about her. It was a magical moment of calm and beauty.

31 degrees today. Much cooler tomorrow thank god. Even heaven can get too hot sometimes.T&A came back from Munich after a month travelling around Europe so we sat in the garden with them in the evening, and also had a long  and lovely FaceTime with the Girl Racer who is midway on her latest hike across the Rocky Mountains. 

Today was notable for a global Microsoft outage which caused chaos. Our outdoor lifestyle was not affected…
