Proud Mummy

As my daughter gets older it’s becoming more and more obvious she is somewhere on the spectrum. We’re now actively pursuing getting her a diagnosis.

As a result of this and her visual impairment (she’s registered sight impaired) she really doesn’t do new things very well.

However, this week she has been on a residential at the University of Gloucestershire all by herself. She’s had a great time and I am so proud of her for stepping out of her comfort zone. She’s hated the food and has lived in plain pasta for a week but she did it!
