Zentangle

I like a zentangle, they’re very relaxing especially after another call from Plymouth during which I swear I could feel my blood pressure creeping up!

We are heading down the same path we went down two years ago - nobody will give any feedback about my mum, nor will they listen to any concerns the family has. Last time that resulted in a bit of a mess to say the least and a ton of stress that could so easily have been avoided if at any point someone had actually asked my stepdad, her primary carer, for his input. All his fears could have been allayed but instead he was left feeling powerless, ignored & irrelevant. It feels like we may be on the same trajectory. Sigh.
