Good To See

……… a few more butterflies around, even if they are just large whites ;-)

I was woken in the middle of the night by an extremely painful fibromyalgia cramp in my left leg - it did pass eventually but the muscles are now very sore so I’m having to hobble everywhere.
I get them fairly infrequently, thank goodness, but this was definitely the biggest and most painful one I’ve had, so I’m feeling a bit sorry for myself :-(
