Mersea day and Soul Runners social

Met up with B for a beach day at Mersea. A good day to chat, sea swim and enjoy the best fish finger sandwich ever. Perfect weather.

Soul Runners chatty group is growing. A very friendly group we ran to Northey Island on their 'Mayland route'. Very warm, so took it easy and was glad of the evening breeze.

We met up afterwards for a social at the bar in the Prom. It was good to hear about H's move and a recent Spitfire 10k relay that lots of the runners had done. Blip taken by H. I can't do selfies.
