Thursday: Homegrown

Following on from yesterday, I visited another element of the project we are launching this week.  Today it was out to the community of Valley of Peace where the local high school has set up the most amazing market garden.  Their homegrown aubergines are fabulous.  

Here you have the principal, Miss Justine, and one of the students, proudly showing off their produce.  

We were also treated to an excellent lunch of pupusas…..(see extra).
