Transition at Woods Canyon Lake
I believe today was the day that I transitioned from my Midwest upbringing and became an Arizonian. My fathers retirement years were spent here in the winter from Michigan and liked to make jokes of the locals running out to watch the clouds go by. Well today I grabbed my camera and went out to do nearly the same and shoot the rain drops falling on the lake. It's been months since having any rain of this magnitude and if it was half an inch of rainfall we're thankful. It's been 14 years or so and the day has arrived.
