I took some canes to the allotment, tied the tomato plants to them and took all the side shoots off. I've got one beefsteak tomato anyway! More peas were picked, two lettuces and there'll be a courgette ready in a day or two. I must do some work up there because I've got 4 trays of beetroot seedlings and nowhere to put them... maybe at the end of the onion bed. Maybe tomorrow... but it would be better to wait until it's cooler again.

Another Ride class left me knackered and nothing much has been done this afternoon, it tires my arms as much as my legs! Late afternoon I noticed next door's honeysuckle coming over the fence :-)
