Turtle Neck

Those who know me will not be surprised to learn that this eight day finance course has taken me a little outside of my comfort zone! So far it has been ridiculously challenging and it's only day two! A little lightbulb is starting to glow however within this very murky, dusty brain! I even understand the need for an end of course assignment but I draw the line at presenting a skit, song, dance or poem at the final dinner to 'celebrate' elements of the course :-0

Do we really need to put the 'fun' in finance guys??? ( I feel a Victor Meldrew moment coming on) sigh...

Just like a turtle, we only make progress if we stick our neck out.
