I took Florence to see her cousin, Rachel and 2 of her children. (They are home schooled) Extra.

Of course, Rachel wanted chapter and verse. I had got the whole sorry tale down to 3 minutes but, this morning, it all came out, along with a few tears 

Bill and Martha were fascinated. Bill had a very long list of questions and wanted to see photos.

Afterwards, we stopped in town for lunch at a wonderful new cafe in Snuff Street. It's mainly wholefoods so right up our street. When we left, we were given two boxes of leftovers. We've enough to feed us for dinner this evening. I thoroughly recommend!

There was more post for Florence when we arrived home. Everyday we think this must be it and then the postman arrives! (No more flowers!!)

The weather is hot! It means I can add a line of Pomegranate in my temperature blanket. I have caught up on on my 2nd attempt of 2024.
