What a scorcher!

Officially exhausted!!!

Had to cut father-in-law's lawn this morning. Don't think it had been done yet this year so was about 2 feet high. What a nightmare, knackering! The outside temp according to the car was 31 degrees - phew!

Mum moved up today. Arrived at about 3pm and OH and I have spent the last 8 hours lugging stuff around, unpacking, moving furniture all in over 30 degree heat.

We've got her all sorted so tomorrow when we go and visit we don't have to do any more and can just chill and chat.
I'm sure it'll be better having her back up here again but right now it doesn't feel like it, just hard work :)
