Nowhere Like Home

It's been a busy day for us. Little Man had his routine check up with the health people. They weighed him, measured him, and check his heart and lungs. They also checked his speech development. I had a chat with the nurse about how he's doing and how we're both settling into life here in the Netherlands. She was happy with him as he's doing well. His hight and weight are both on the healthy curve for a boy his age.

One of Little Man's friends turned 3 today so we made sure to get a present for him. We went after Little Man had had a sleep. He had so much fun playing with his friends.

Then this evening my parents were out for a meal and left almost as soon as we got home from the party. When they aren't seeing people, they're packing. So it's quite hectic at home.
