Family

The reflective thought for my week has been the theme of family which has bombarded me in different guises across the week. Turning my phone on (after a few days off) to find a cheeky text from my mum asking me if I had bought her sister flowers for her 70th birthday....in a short answer no...I sent a card. If her sister sends me flowers for my 40th I may feel vaguely guilty....

Saw these fab ducklings and protective mother on the canal this evening...quite beautiful.

I don't have access to You Tube tonight...but if I did I would share a song of the day...and today's song is Heaven by Depeche Mode purely for it's seriousness and calmness. Happy weekend to you if you are reading this :-D
