Abstract Thursday

Another one of those days when the sun didn't show, a bleak winters day.

I've been mucking around with photos for a National competition - Creative Focus, with four catagories (Open, Dreamy Scapes, Dramatic, Human Abstract)......I think I'll pass on Human Abstract !

Talking of competitions, I got an email from PSNZ (Photographic Society of NZ) last night to say I had won a Bronze Medal plus an Acceptance in their annual salon.  They have two catagories, Open and Nature with a maximum of four images per catagory.  I only entered Open. They're in extra if you should want to see....the arcade walker got the Bronze Medal, surprised and stoked. Baring All (pears) got an acceptance.

My entry for Abstract Thursday "organic abstract".  I must admit to googling it....wikipedia said " "the use of rounded or wavy abstract forms based on what one finds in nature".....dadah !
