Bannockburn Inlet

We have had a lovely bus trip to Bannockburn and back.  The extras are:  Leaving Wanaka (2)  Cromwell fruit  (3)  Lunch.

The weather was the same, all the way there and all the way back again!  An all day cloud inversion!

The bus drove around the Bannockburn Inlet, then on to a local cafe where we had lunch.  Then we returned home via Tarras, where we had a 20 minute stop, and because the Red Bridge at Luggate was closed, we came home via Camphill Road at Hawea Flat.  Very pleased to be home, and sitting in front of the fire.  Because the temperature is about +7C, it was too warm for a hoar frost.
