Llanddwyn Island .

We were up and out early , Drove over to Anglesey and headed for Newborough Beach, The tide times aligned with our plans and we managed to walk out to Llanddwyn Island. The views and hidden beaches and coves were stunning. Wild Welsh ponies were quietly grazing in the hillside. The sun shone and we had the most magnificent morning. 
We drove to Beaumaris for a late lunch which was topped off by a Red Boat ice cream from our favourite parlour. Our step count is huge and we have had a lovely day. I don’t think I have seen Anglesey look so stunning as it did today. I shall sleep well tonight .
