This morning I was up at 6.30, as I'm trying to get used to the early start mornings before Monday when I am definitely starting my new job with the police :)

I was at Aldi at around 8.15am for a quick shopand home by 9.30...

Then I hung out the washing, and hoovered through downstairs which really needed it.

I did an hour of job hunting, though of course I shouldn't need it now, and then an hour of voluntary work, as we're at the stage of transferring things onto a new system and I only have a couple of days to help now!

This afternoon my friends picked me up.and took me for the steroid injection in my knee.  I had no idea there would be soooo many side effects to look out for!  Anyway, I've been told to take it easy until the weekend, and not to do any long walks, just put my feet up and potter around....and I'd planned a trip to Henley tomorrow.  Oh well!

Home, I followed orders and put my feet up, pottered around.  I'm feeling OK but my knee is quite stiff at the moment.  I will be having physio soon though :)

Pottering day planned tomorrow. I don't think that sitting at the desk will be an issue though ;)
