Every cloud

has a silver lining. I'm struggling hugely with a new smart phone, but this photo is being posted directly from said phone. My old one wouldn't do that. On the other hand, I've tried to write this four times, three times on a notepad, and each time it's vanished into thin air. Now I'm saving after every few words.

This morning I returned for a second visit to an osteopath. As well as checking on my shoulder/neck that first took me there, she gave me a cranial nerve massage.

Apparently,  as she worked on me, my PD tremor slowed down more and more, and at last disappeared. (I needn't tell you, it was so relaxing!) Felt quite choked when she told me her observation. 

Of course, I'm back a-tremble now, but what a lovely 45 minutes I spent in Sophie's expert hands!
