H at his volunteer job today.its like summer here after my chores I went for my walk.i asked in the cafe if the volunteers who plant vegetables in the walled garden sell them no they give them for donations such a lovely thing to do.i had a browse but nothing ready to pick yet.there are apple trees but they are small at the moment. I do enjoy sitting the garden with a coffee so peaceful. The estate was owned by the Rogers family .in 1974 a large part of the estate was handed to the NT.after the death of Mr & Mrs Rogers and both sons in 2019 a grandson inherited the Manor House which is not opened to the public.
