Emirates in the fog

My grandson and I had lunch at the Aero club cafe today. While we ate my grandson took a great image of the huge Emirates plane coming in to land through the fog. I don’t understand the physics but as the plane descended it had a huge fog of condensation around the jets. Looked spectacular.
