dinner...

Last night so we went to the posh restaurant under the trees in the country with A & A. They'll celebrate their fifty years married this September, which is impressive. You can see a life spent in happiness and fun on A's face. They've faced sadnesses too, of course. Nowadays it's tennis, padel, friends and sunshine.
We had tennis in the morning, then Carlos came to sort yet another thing out, then the afternoon was devoted packing and pottering. More or less ready to go now. "Take it or leave it?" is the big question we keep asking.
