Code of Conduct

Glasgow now has a Code of Conduct for buskers.

Not sure how enforceable some of these items are.

I'm intrigued by the one that says 'Have a varied and good quality repertoire'.   I can think of some chart topping acts that don't even achieve this!   But I guess they won't ever be allowed to busk in Glasgow.
