Late Hydrangeas

Full on day. First up a pot of vege soup I always get a lot of satisfaction out of soup making. Two big loads of washing , sheets etc.  After this I attacked the hydrangeas for their first cut back, I don’t prune them right down until after the frosts are past. While doing this there were still a few hidden amongst the foliage that hadn’t been frosted. They are always just green at this time of year but I rescued them and they look quite nice in my pottery jug, hence my blip for today
Reasonably nice day until the fog rolled in mid afternoon but the washing was dry enough to bring in and put on the clothes racks
