More Zinnia Macros

Another super hot day today - currently 95F/35C at 5:15 pm. I had physical therapy today - my therapist and I are both super pleased with my progress...I no longer have any pain in my back or hip! Well, almost none. The exercises have been incredibly helpful.

I puttered around the house for a bit and my son dropped by to pick something up. I braved the heat and went outside to shoot a blip with my iPhone macro lens. Zinnias seemed to fit with the heat of the day!

I finally wrote another blog post this afternoon - I typically try to get one done each week but last week's seems to have stretched into this week ;-)
