“Kilroy was here!”

Those of a certain age will remember the little cartoons of a usually bald head, two eyes and a big nose appearing on walls with the above caption. Other names have also been spotted. Apparently, an ancient graffito was found in Pompeii which read “Sextus hic fuit” (Sextus was here)
