St. Agur Risotto

Tonight's supper just returned to the oven for the final few minutes. A full on day included a visit to the dentist to have a tooth repaired  this morning and much weeding  in the afternoon as they are threatening to take over with the mix of sunshine and rain we have been getting, Hence the easy supper. The extra is collateral damage to a rose bud during a deadheading session.
