Too many books!

Yesterday I started sorting out books in order to take some to the charity shop. I have these three which cover the same ground so at least one can go. Nowadays I tend to look things up quickly on the internet anyway! The Readers Digest one is the best as it also has a few recipes.

Today we went to meet our daughter in law and grandson in St Mary Bourne. Traffic was fine down the M3 and no rain en route. We had planned to go to a pick your own farm to get strawberries but we had a shower on arrival so not a good idea to have wet strawberries. Also the cafe was very disappointing, only boring sandwiches on offer so we went to the nice pub quite nearby which we like. After that a trip to the playground and the very nice community village shop where I always end up buying things to take home like today a homemade  quiche!

Back home now so need to take Libby for a walk but because we had loads of rain last night no need to do watering!
