The Pond in the Wood

At Charlottetown.
I drove to Bridgend Garden Centre this morning and bought some pots of heather for Catriona to take with her to her Daughter’s wedding down in Hartley Wintney this weekend. Then drove on to Charlottetown to walk in the wood. Geordie is always excited to go somewhere he hasn’t been for a while. So many new peemails to check out and reply to!
Then we headed to St Andrews to find a new pair of walking boots. The quest for boots has been going on all year! The current ones are no longer waterproof. Hopefully these new ones will be comfortable, but I will be wearing them in the house until I make my mind up.
I potted up my sweet potato plants into their sacks in the afternoon and did some weeding and dead-heading.
