Young Savers, Maidstone
Just a quick trip into town today. My brother was meeting up with a friend for a drink and a quick bite to eat to I sauntered around the town centre on the lookout for today's image when I spotted this location. I thought everything looked a bit more interesting when shot through this empty Morrison's store. It was then just a case of waiting for some people to walk through the scene and lucky the two young women unknowingly obliged.
The first extra, "I Can't Be Trusted", was taken looking up Gabriel's Hill towards the High Street. The second, "French, History & Belly Dancing" (but maybe not woodwork!) were all subjects taught at the Adult Education Centre before it closed at its' location in Faith Street. As for third I took it because it looked like an exploding bottle of water (it was actually detritus that had been well worn into the pavement).
After my photographic endeavours it was time to head to a pub for a soothing pint and a read of the paper so I chose the Market House and settled down to wait for my brother to join me after his rendezvous.
