Needham Lake

Lake just outside Needham Market, used for recreational fishing and radio control enthusiasts with their array of boats. Saw a Cormorant diving for fish but he was too far out to be able to capture on the camera. A notice states 'fishing by permit holders only', wonder if he has a permit!
